Italian Polenta Party |ApréS Ski style IN THE wINE gARDEN

Escape to the charm of the Italian Alps without leaving town! Our Polenta Party brings the warmth and hospitality of an Alpine gathering to life.
Join us Saturdays and Sundays in the Winter Wine Garden’s outdoor heated tent for an Aprés Ski style afternoon at our Italian Polenta Party! Gather your friends, bundle up in your chicest resort wear and enjoy a curated epicurean experience. You’ll enjoy a glass of warm mulled wine and savor the hearty comfort of warm parmesan polenta with savory toppings; an Italian winter favorite. For a sweet finish, share a dessert fonduta with melted Nutella, chocolate, fresh fruit, and other treats.
Book one of two cozy sessions, from 12 PM to 2 PM or 3 PM to 5 PM, and enjoy a truly memorable experience. Reservations are required, with a minimum of 4 guests and a maximum of 12 per session, making it the perfect outing for a small group of friends or family.
EXPERIENCE INCLUDES:

- A delicious polenta board featuring Parmesan Polenta, Bolognese, Short Rib Ragu, Tuscan Vegetables, and Grilled Bread

A winery tour offers an immersive experience where you can explore the vineyard, learn about the wine-making process, and see where the magic happens. Guided by knowledgeable staff, ou’ll discover the history of the winery, visit the cellars, and gain insight into the production of wine, from grape to bottle.
At a pickup event, guests will enjoy a winery tour while picking up their quarterly Wine Club allocation. It’s a relaxed and enjoyable opportunity to chat with the winery staff, and even meet fellow wine enthusiasts in a beautiful setting.

Burning of the vines | Spring winemaker’s Dinner

The Burning of the Vines is a long-standing tradition rooted in European winemaking regions. Historically, communities would gather the pruned canes from the previous season and burn them in a communal fire, marking the transition from one harvest to the next. This act of renewal not only clears the vineyard for new growth but also serves as a moment to reflect on the past season’s challenges and successes.

It’s a moment to honor the land, the vines, and the craft of winemaking that has been passed down through generations.
