Both gatherings will include: Live Music | 12 Stations with our handcrafted wines paired perfectly with 12 gourmet bite size food options. | Logo Vintner’s Tasting Glass | And an optional 30-minute tour of our state-of-the-art winery! Three tours will be available during each gathering. Please note that you must sign up for the winery tour when you make your ticket reservation.
Caesar Salad with Rosato Secco
The brightness of the wine is complimentary to the savory Caesar dressing and the wine’s light body and flavors complement the fresh and crisp textures of the salad.
Arancini with Pinot Grigio
This vintage of Pinot Grigio has a strong fruit component and offers a harmonious sweet/salty pairing.
Mezze Rigatoni with Estate Pinot Grigio
The light body and mineral character of the wine complement the delicate flavors of squash blossoms, while its zestiness and acidity complement the tomatoes and zucchini cream sauce.
Chicken Saltimbocca with Sauvignon Blanc
These light-bodied white wines have a crispness that pairs well with the salty prosciutto in the dish and its bright flavors complement the dish’s rich and savory flavors.
Ravioli with White Cream Sauce with Luca Forte
Cream sauces are best paired with wines that have a level of acidity and freshness to them. Luca Forte is a 4 grape blend that has lively acidity that cuts though the cream sauce while its complexity and flavors enrich the dish.
Bruschetta with Sangiovese
Sangiovese is the perfect wine for all things tomato! The wine itself has notes of tomato leaf in the aromas.
Calamari Puttanesca with Barbera
Typically, one thinks of white wines when pairing with seafood, but one should always consider the sauces that the seafood is cooked in and the type of fish. In this case, it is mussels in a red sauce so pairing it with a medium bodied red wine with light tannins like our Barbera is an excellent choice. The savory notes also compliment the briny notes of the olives and capers.
Calabrese Pizza with Valentino
Valentino’s vibrant character with spiciness and earthiness compliments the rich, salty components of the pizza.
Spicy Calabrian Sausage with Teodoro Forte
Pairing spicy wines with a slightly sweet wine helps to cool down the palate with spicy foods. The fruitiness, and sparkling bubbles offsets the richness of the sausage.
Red Wine Meatballs with Chambourcin Reserve
Chambourcin’s fruit forward characteristics and high acidity are naturally complimentary to red sauces and its oak aging gives depth to the wine and is complimentary to the meatballs. Our menu features Barbera with this dish but today we wanted to showcase the versatility of Chambourcin Reserve.
