Welcome the arrival of Spring by being a guest at our Spring Winemaker’s Dinner! Our chef in collaboration with our winemaker and sommelier have crafted a seasonally inspired 5 course menu perfectly paired with 5 Folino Estate wines. Our winemaker will host the evening by sharing what’s going on in the winery this time of year, information on each wine you’ll be tasting with each course and why those wines were chosen to pair. Held in our elegant private event space, you’ll also dine at a beautifully decorated table thoughtfully put together by Andrea Folino. A seasonal event you don’t want to miss! Menu:
Appetizers: Pan seared scallops with watermelon radish, sea bean and pea puree paired with Bianco Bollicini
Salad: Spring mix with candy cane beets, asparagus tips, ricotta salada, cashews and a honey basil vinaigrette paired with Estate Pinot Grigio
Entree: Pan seared Norwegian salmon with aged parmesan polenta, caramelized shallot and sugar snap peas with a balsamic berry reduction paired with Chambourcin Reserve
Dessert: Raspberry & white chocolate cheesecake with whipped cream and white chocolate bark with almonds paired with Vino Rosato
